These Terms of Service govern your use of the Harper Savannah website and any purchases made through our online store. Harper Savannah is operated by Benville Innovations LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered business address 2106 House Ave, Suite 726, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Payment Policy. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Harper Savannah

Harper Savannah is an online-only retailer of clothing, footwear and outerwear. We do not operate a physical store. Orders are fulfilled by third-party fulfilment partners and shipped from outside the United States.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3. Use of Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use it for fraudulent activity, interfere with its security or functionality, introduce malware, scrape or misuse its content, submit false information, place fraudulent orders or infringe intellectual property rights.

4. Products and Product Information

We aim to present products, sizes, colors, prices and availability as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors may differ slightly depending on your screen. Occasional errors may occur; if we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you before fulfilling it and offer to continue with the corrected information or cancel the order.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. U.S. import duties, tariffs or customs fees are not included in our prices or checkout total; see section 9.

6. Promotions

Promotions and discount codes may apply only to selected products, may expire and may not be combined, unless stated otherwise. We may correct or withdraw a promotion published in error.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, there is an obvious pricing error, we suspect fraud, or the delivery information is incorrect. If we cancel an order after payment, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

8. Payment

Payment is completed at checkout using the methods listed in our Payment Policy. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

9. Shipping, Delivery and Import Charges

We ship to the United States only. Processing takes 1–3 business days and transit 7–14 business days (Monday to Friday), for an estimated 8–17 business days in total. Standard shipping is free. Delivery times are estimates. Shipments may be subject to U.S. import duties or customs fees, which are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility if assessed. 10. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer and the return address is outside the United States.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders that have not yet entered fulfilment can be cancelled by contacting us. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

The Harper Savannah name, logo, website design and written content are owned by or licensed to Benville Innovations LLC or applicable third parties and may not be reproduced without permission.

13. Reviews and Customer Content

Content you submit, such as reviews or messages, must be genuine, lawful and not misleading or infringing. We may moderate content that violates these Terms.

14. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers for payments, hosting, analytics, shipping and fulfilment. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites we do not control.

15. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis, and Harper Savannah and Benville Innovations LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier or customs delays, government actions or technology failures.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the State of Wyoming, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

19. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
