Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains which payment methods you can use and how payments, taxes and refunds work at Harper Savannah, operated by Benville Innovations LLC.

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available at checkout:

Apple Pay and Google Pay are shown only on supported devices and browsers.

When You Are Charged

Payment is charged when you place your order. The amount charged is the total shown before you confirm your purchase: product prices, shipping (standard U.S. shipping is free) and sales tax where applicable. Harper Savannah does not add charges after checkout.

Import duties: because orders ship from outside the United States, U.S. import duties, tariffs, customs or carrier brokerage fees may be assessed on delivery. These are not part of the checkout total, are not collected by Harper Savannah, and are payable by the customer to the carrier or U.S. Customs if assessed. See our Shipping Policy.

Currency

Prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

Secure Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and its payment providers. We never ask you to send card details by email.

Payment Verification and Declined Payments

Some orders may be checked for fraud. If payment cannot be verified, the order may be cancelled and any amount collected is refunded. Declined payments are decided by your bank or card issuer.

Pricing Errors

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before fulfilling the order and either cancel it with a full refund or ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days after processing. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Chargebacks

If there is a problem with an order or payment, please contact us first so we can resolve it. This does not limit your rights with your bank or card issuer.
